The subtext says: (Not to be used with any other medication. This medication has shown serious side effects in some users during trial studies. May cause dizziness, fainting, thoughts of suicide, excessive outbursts, inappropriate flatulence, cancer, or death. Xylophistrol is only to be taken as directed, but we’re still not sure because it hasn’t been tested for very long.)
Anyway, don’t you just love these ads? 30 seconds of irrelevant drivel only to plead you at the end to talk to your doctor about a brand new drug you shouldn’t be taking in the first place! I’d say that this kind of advertising should be illegal (and it should), but frankly, how drug companies actually market drugs and get them to consumers is a lot worse.
In other news, this is the first comic done entirely by tablet. It’ll take me awhile to really get the hang of it, but I like it much better already. Screw paper!

Haha omg I know!
Hey did you ever see that one commercial that had anal leakage as a side effect? I think I just about peed my pants laughing so hard when I heard that side effect.
Perfect! Those ads drive me up the wall! Maybe there’s something I can take for that….
